By accessing or using Formably, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Formably provides a platform for creating, managing, and deploying digital forms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, including hours of operation or availability of any feature, without notice or liability.

Our goal is to provide a seamless data-entry experience. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Formably, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. A valid credit card or payment method is required for paid accounts. If you fail to pay your subscription fee, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Formably. You retain all rights to the data you collect through our forms, but you grant us a license to host that data to provide the service to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Formably, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
